1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds for services may be considered under the following conditions:- Project Cancellation: If you wish to cancel the project before the commencement of any work,you are eligible for a full refund (minus any tax or platform fees) of the amount paid.

2. Non-Refundable Conditions
Refunds will not be provided in the following scenarios:- Change of Mind: Refunds are not available if you change your mind after approving the initial design concepts or any subsequent stages of the project.
– Delayed Communication: If the project is delayed due to a lack of communication, response,
or provision of required materials from your side, refunds will not be issued.
– Completed Work: No refunds will be issued once the website design is completed, delivered,
and approved by you.
– Third-Party Changes: Refunds will not be given for changes or errors arising from
modifications made by third-party vendors or after you have taken control of the website.
3. Refund Process
– Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 14 days of the issue arising.
– Upon receiving your request, we will review the situation and respond within 7 business days.
– If approved, refunds will be processed within 14 business days through the original payment
method.
