Privacy Policy
Last updated 25 September 2026
This Privacy Policy describes Our policies and procedures on the collection, use and disclosure of Your information when You use the Service and tells You about Your privacy rights and how the law protects You.
We use Your Personal Data to provide and improve the Service. By using the Service, You agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. This policy is written to meet India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (the "DPDPA"), the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (the "GDPR") and the California Consumer Privacy Act (the "CCPA") for visitors who fall under any of these laws — see Your privacy rights below.

Collecting and using your Personal Data
Types of data collected
Personal Data. The only Personal Data We ask for is what You type into Our enquiry form: your name, your email address, optionally a phone number and a website address, and what You need help with. We do not run user accounts, logins or public profiles, so We hold nothing else about You beyond an enquiry You choose to send.
Usage Data. Usage Data is collected automatically when using the Service — for example Your device's IP address, browser type and version, the pages You visit, and the time and date of Your visit. This is limited to what Our hosting provider logs to keep the Service running securely; We do not use it to build a profile of You.
The enquiry form, and unfinished entries
When You submit the enquiry form, the name, email, phone, website and needs You entered are sent to a Google Sheet We use as Our enquiry log, via a Google Apps Script We control. A hidden field on the form (never shown to a person, only ever filled by automated spam) lets Us drop spam submissions before they reach that sheet.
If You start filling the form but do not submit it — for example You type your name and email, then close the tab — We may save that as an unfinished entry a short while after You stop typing, or when You leave the page, so We can still follow up if You meant to reach Us. An unfinished entry is only saved once You have given Us a name and a way to reach You (a valid email or phone number), it is kept in a separate "Unconfirmed leads" tab of the same sheet, and it is deleted automatically the moment You do go on to submit the form. Write to Us at the email below at any time to have an unfinished entry deleted.
Cookies and tracking
We do not currently set cookies, run analytics scripts, or use advertising or social-media trackers on this website. If that ever changes, We will update this Privacy Policy first and, where the law requires it (for example the EU/UK's ePrivacy rules), ask for Your consent before any non-essential cookie is set.
Use of your Personal Data
The Company uses the Personal Data You send Us only to:
- Reply to your enquiry and follow up on it, including by phone, email or the equivalent electronic message.
- Deliver a service You have engaged Us for, for the performance of that contract.
- Meet Our legal obligations, such as invoicing, tax (GST) records, and responding to a lawful request from an authority.
- Keep the Service secure and working, using Usage Data to spot abuse such as spam or automated attacks.
We do not sell Your Personal Data, share it for advertising, or use it for any purpose beyond the ones listed above. We share it with only one Service Provider — Google, whose Sheets and Apps Script We use to store and manage enquiries — and, where the law requires it, with a court, government agency or other authority, or a party We are merging with, being acquired by, or transferring the business to, in which case We will tell You before Your Personal Data moves to a different Privacy Policy.
Retention of your Personal Data
We keep a submitted enquiry for as long as We are in touch with You about it, and for as long afterwards as We reasonably need to for Our own records or to meet a legal obligation — for example, Indian law requires invoices and related records to be kept for several years for tax purposes. An unfinished entry that never turns into a real conversation is deleted after 90 days.
Transfer of your Personal Data
Your information is collected in India. Because We use Google's Sheets and Apps Script to store enquiries, some of it may also be processed or stored on Google's infrastructure, which can be located outside India. Google is bound by its own data-processing terms and security standards; We do not otherwise send Your Personal Data outside the country it was collected in.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where You are, one or more of the following applies to You. To exercise any of these rights, write to the Grievance Officer named below — there is no cost to ask, and We may need to confirm it is really You asking, using the contact details You gave Us.
If you are in India — Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023
As a Data Principal under the DPDPA, You have the right to: ask Us to confirm what Personal Data of Yours We hold and how We use it; ask Us to correct or update it; ask Us to erase it once it is no longer needed for the purpose You gave it for; have Your grievance addressed by Our Grievance Officer; and, if You are unable to exercise these rights Yourself, nominate another individual to exercise them on Your behalf. We will respond as soon as reasonably possible, and in any event within 30 days.
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom — GDPR
We process Your Personal Data on the following legal bases: Your consent, given when You submit the enquiry form; Our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry You have sent Us; the performance of a contract, once You engage Us for a service; and compliance with a legal obligation, such as tax records. As a data subject under the GDPR You have the right to access, correct, erase or restrict Your Personal Data, to receive it in a portable format, to object to Our processing of it, and to withdraw consent at any time without affecting what was done before the withdrawal. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection supervisory authority in Your own country.
If you are in California — CCPA / CPRA
As a California consumer You have the right to know what Personal Information We collect and why, to request its deletion, to request that inaccurate Personal Information be corrected, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. We do not sell or share Your Personal Information, and never have, so there is nothing to opt out of. We will not discriminate against You — for example by charging a different price or giving a worse service — for exercising any of these rights. You may also authorize an agent to submit a request on Your behalf; We may ask that agent for proof of Your authorization.
Children's privacy
Our Service is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from anyone under 18 years of age — the age the DPDPA uses for a child, which We apply as Our one global rule rather than the lower age some other laws set. If You believe a child has given Us Personal Data, contact Our Grievance Officer below and We will remove it.
Grievance Officer
In compliance with the DPDPA and as Our privacy contact for every visitor, regardless of where You write in from:
Naman Jha, Co-founder

Disclosure of your Personal Data
Business transactions. If the Company is involved in a merger, acquisition or asset sale, Your Personal Data may be transferred. We will provide notice before Your Personal Data is transferred and becomes subject to a different Privacy Policy.
Law enforcement. Under certain circumstances, the Company may be required to disclose Your Personal Data if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g. a court or a government agency).
Security of your Personal Data
The security of Your Personal Data is important to Us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While We strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect Your Personal Data, We cannot guarantee its absolute security.
Links to other websites
Our Service may contain links to other websites that are not operated by Us. If You click on a third party link, You will be directed to that third party's site. We strongly advise You to review the Privacy Policy of every site You visit.
We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third party sites or services.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update Our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify You of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this Privacy Policy.
You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective when they are posted on this page.
