Pricing Policy

Last updated 25 September 2026

Techyon Digital does not publish a price list. Every engagement is scoped first and quoted second, so the quote reflects the work your business actually needs and nothing else. This page explains how each of our services is priced, what a quote includes, and what sits outside it.

1. How each service is priced

We run ten services under four pillars. They fall into three pricing shapes.

Fixed-scope projects

Priced as one quoted amount for a defined scope and set of deliverables, paid in milestones.

  • Website design and development. Priced on the number and type of pages, design and animation work, integrations (payments, booking, CRM, analytics), content migration, languages, and the launch and SEO checks included. Ecommerce, member areas and custom functionality are scoped separately.
  • Internal tools and custom CRM. Priced on the workflows to be built, the records and roles involved, integrations with the systems you already use, data migration, and training and handover.
  • Go-to-market strategy. Priced on the number of markets, the research and audits required, and whether we also run the launch that follows the plan.

Monthly retainers

Priced as a fixed monthly fee for an agreed scope of ongoing work, reviewed every month against agreed measures. A minimum term applies and is stated in the quote.

  • SEO and AI search. Priced on the size of the site, the number of markets and languages, the competition in your search space, and the volume of content and technical work each month.
  • Google Business Profile. Priced either as a one-off set-up and clean-up of the profile, or as a monthly fee for keeping it accurate and active: posts, photos, review replies, questions and answers, and the reporting that shows what changed on the map. Multiple locations are priced per location.
  • Social media marketing. Priced on the number of platforms, the posting plan, whether we produce the content or work with yours, and community management.
  • Performance marketing. Our management fee is priced on the platforms run, the number of campaigns and markets, and the creative and landing-page work included. Advertising spend is never part of our fee: it is paid by you directly to Google, Meta or the platform concerned, and its level is set with you in writing.

Per piece, per batch, or per block of time

  • Video editing. Priced per finished piece or per batch, by the length and number of edits, the formats delivered, motion graphics and subtitles, and the turnaround asked for.
  • UGC content. Priced per campaign, by the number of creators and pieces, the usage rights and their term, and platforms. Creator fees are quoted separately from our production and management fee.
  • On-demand support. Priced either as a block of hours bought in advance, as a monthly care plan for a site or system we look after, or per incident for one-off problems. Urgent, out-of-hours work is quoted at the rate stated in your agreement.

2. What a quote includes

Before any quote, we ask three things: your business, your market and your customer. The quote then sets out the scope, the deliverables, the timeline, the milestones or monthly fee, the number of revision rounds included, and what you need to provide. Everything we deliver is stated; nothing is implied. A quote is valid for 30 days from the date on it.

3. What sits outside a quote

  • Advertising spend paid to any platform.
  • Third-party costs bought on your behalf or in your name: domains, hosting, software licences, stock media, fonts, plug-ins, paid tools, creator fees and shipping of products to creators. These are either billed to you directly by the provider or passed through at cost, and are always agreed with you first.
  • Work outside the agreed scope. If a request falls outside the scope, we tell you before starting and quote the addition separately. Nothing outside the scope is billed without your written go-ahead.
  • Revision rounds beyond those stated in the quote.

4. Taxes, currency and payment

  • All amounts are quoted before tax. Goods and Services Tax (GST) is added on invoices to Indian clients at the applicable rate. Clients outside India are invoiced under our Letter of Undertaking, without GST, and are responsible for any tax due in their own country.
  • We invoice in Indian rupees (INR) or US dollars (USD), as stated in your quote. Bank charges on international transfers are borne by the payer.
  • Fixed-scope projects are paid in milestones, the first before work begins. Retainers are invoiced monthly in advance. Blocks of hours are paid in advance; per-incident support is invoiced on completion.
  • Invoices are due within 7 days unless your agreement says otherwise. Work may pause on an overdue invoice and resumes when it is settled.

5. Changes to this policy

We may update this page as our services change. The date at the top is the date of the current version. A signed quote or agreement always takes precedence over this page for the engagement it covers.
